LimoCoat

Luxurious Surfaces

Natural Plasters · Exterior

A façade that weathers into beauty.

The exterior is the first impression a building ever makes — and the surface that takes the most punishment. Sun, monsoon, salt air, pollution. LimoCoat exterior-grade lime finishes are formulated for exactly this: mineral plasters that bond with masonry, breathe with the building, and gain character with every season instead of losing it.

Façades formulated for Indian weather.

For villas, bungalows, farmhouses, boutique hotels and commercial façades — from compound walls to full building envelopes. Formulated for Indian weather. Applied by trained hands.

Why most façades fail early.

Exterior paint fights the weather. Lime works with it. Paint protects a façade for a few years. Lime becomes part of it.

01

The monsoon problem

Acrylic exterior paints form a film. Moisture enters through hairline cracks, gets trapped behind the film, and the paint blisters and peels from within.

02

Fade and chalk

UV breaks down synthetic pigments — façades look tired in three to five years, and repainting a full exterior is expensive and disruptive.

03

Cracking on masonry

Rigid coatings can't move with a building. Thermal expansion opens cracks that paint simply bridges over until it fails.

04

Efflorescence and damp

Sealed walls push salts and moisture into visible staining.

05

The maintenance treadmill

Every failure restarts the scaffold-and-repaint cycle.

The material buildings were meant to wear.

India's most enduring architecture — forts, havelis, temples — was finished in lime centuries before acrylic paint existed. LimoCoat's exterior-grade system brings that logic to modern construction.

Breathes, so it doesn't blister

Vapour-permeable by nature — moisture escapes instead of building pressure behind a film. No trapped damp, no peeling.

Bonds with masonry

Lime keys into render, brick and concrete rather than sitting on top of it, and accommodates the building's natural movement.

UV-stable mineral colour

Natural pigments are locked into a mineral matrix — colour softens gracefully rather than chalking out.

Self-healing character

Lime continues to carbonate over time; fine micro-cracks re-mineralise instead of propagating.

Naturally resistant

Alkaline lime resists mould, algae and bacterial growth on shaded and monsoon-facing walls.

Aggregate strength

Exterior formulations carry larger aggregates engineered to withstand weather and wear.

The exterior palette — built for weather, chosen for presence.

Exterior finishes are a distinct, exterior-grade formulation — not interior products used outdoors.
